Azle was no match for the Lady Rough Riders on Tuesday evening, and though both teams put up a good fight, Saginaw ended up dominating the court. Coming off of a close loss from the previous week, the girls were determined to find their rhythm once more, and find it, they did, as they refused to let their opponents catch up even until the final buzzer. By the end of the night, the Lady Rough Riders pulled ahead with a comfortable lead of 50-43. Offensive leaders for the match include Jazmine Duncan with 20 points and Shaniah Franklin with 11 points.
The Lady Rough Riders are away for their next game against Brewer on Friday, Jan. 24th, and look forward to keeping the momentum going.
