Friday marked the end of in-season for Cross Country, but not the end of the race for the Rough Riders. Taking advantage of the beautiful weather, the boys and girls in red put petal to the metal in this -seven-team competition. The ladies maintained a strong performance, crossing the finish line in a solid fifth place, and the gentlemen brought home the gold with a first place win that qualified them for the Regional meet! Adan Torres, Andrei Carter, and Uriel Kigigha all took top ten spots, coming in third, sixth, and tenth respectively. They travel with their teammates to Lubbock for the regional race next Tuesday! Congratulations, Rough Riders!
