Tuesday proved to be a back and forth nail-biter for the Rough Riders. It was their first home game against the Pioneers this season and was a close match the entire night. Coming out of the first half down by just one point, 31-32, the Rough Riders fell behind slightly, being outscored by a margin of eight points. They fought back hard in the forth to bring the gap down by just two, but sadly a couple missed shots and a turnover allowed for their opponents to stay ahead, ending in a final score of 57-65. Trystan Overman led the team with 14 points to his name, followed close behind by Amar'e Castleberry and Eugene Roseberry with nine points each, Ephraim Mukendi with eight points, and Braylon Henderson with six points.
Monday, Nov. 25th, the boys in red are back on their home court to go head to head against Polytechnic.
