The dry desert air wasn't enough to stop the Rough Riders from dominating the competition this past weekend. Over a period of two days, the Boys Gymnastics Team left it all out on the mat-covered floor, snatching up the silver medal as a team and consistently landing in top ten positions as individuals.

Grant Morgan emerged as the 2024 High Bar Champion while sharing the co-champion title on Floor Exercise, and going on to secure 2nd on PBars, 3rd on Rings, and 3rd on Vault. Gabe Cheney achieved a commendable 10th place on the Pommel Horse and an excellent 4th on the Rings alongside his teammates Liam Ryniker and Evan Croft who achieved 7th and 10th place on Rings respectively. Evan went on to clench 9th on the Parallel Bars along with Aidan Roy who demonstrated his skills on the High Bar by claiming 10th. With them was Lucas Guhl who impressed with a 7th place finish on the PBars.

Their combined victories brings this season of Rough Rider Gymnastics to a triumphant close, and Coach Eric Briley was all too happy to express his pride in the boys: "Working with this exceptional team has truly been a privilege and a joy!"
