On Friday, Apr. 19, Saginaw faced a tough match against Rider, ultimately falling short with a final score of 5-2 on Senior Night. Rider took the lead in the fifth inning, but Saginaw fought back, with Anely Paz's double helping them tie the game. However, Rider broke the tie in the seventh inning, extending their lead to 5-1. Despite a good effort, the Lady Rough Riders couldn't overcome the deficit. The team was led by Paz and Moor each with one double, Heredia with two singles, and Reed, Roberts, and Zoe Stein contributed with singles each.
