The Lady Rough Riders hosted the Lady Pirates from Granbury on Senior Night Tuesday, March 7. With 13:22 left in the first half, Granbury scored the first goal of the night. The Lady Rough Riders did not back down, and with 12:28 left to play in the first half, freshman Catalina Ramirez found the back of the net with a great backside run. The game was tied at halftime. During the second half, Granbury led 2-1 with 10:18 left to play. Freshman Hailey Goodson took on the defense on the sideline and gave a beautiful through ball to Daisy Ruiz, who outran the defense and found the back of the net. The game ended in a tie 2-2 and went to penalty kicks. Granbury won in PKs 5-4. The players of the game were Claudia Fuentes and Goodson.

Saginaw will take on Wichita Falls Rider on Friday, March 10 at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
