Saginaw hosted the Azle Lady Hornets on Friday, Jan. 6. The Lady Rough Riders started off slow offensively in the first quarter but redeemed themselves in the second and third quarters outscoring the hornets. Azle went on a run in the fourth quarter and the Lady Rough Riders fell short with a final score of 41-32. Leading scorers for the team were Camille Williams with 16 points and Tatum Stone with seven points.

The Lady Rough Riders will travel to Granbury on Tuesday, Jan. 10. Tip-off is set for 6:15 p.m.
