The Saginaw Rough Rider Cheer squad kicked off the 2022-2023 campaign by attending the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Camp held at TCU from June 8 - June 11.
While there, the Rough Rider Cheer squad took home six awards. They were:

-Top Camp Banana Spirit Award
-Leadership Award
-2nd Place Camp Dance (Varsity)
-2nd Place in Gameday Championships (JV)
-2nd Place in Camp Dance (JV)
-Best Cheer in Non-Varsity Division (JV)
