Tuesday night was a hard-fought battle for the girls in red. Traveling across the tracks to face off against their district-mate, the Eagle Mountain Knights, the Lady Rough Riders had their work cut out for them against a very talented team. Coming out of the gate swinging, Saginaw put forth a valiant effort but were unfortunately unable to find their footing throughout the three sets. Still, the Lady Rough Riders remained persistent until the very last whistle, finishing the fight with grit and determination all the way through.
Saginaw is on the road again Thursday, October 1st, starting off the final month of in-season play against the Lady Eagles of Argyle.
