Saginaw brought the heat on Saturday, taking part in the Boswell Invitational against several schools, including their district-mates. The boys put up a strong performance, coming in fifth place out of the twenty participating teams. Adan Torres earned a sixth place medal, while Andrei Carter and Uriel Kigigha made great improvements on their times from the week prior. In the girls race, Vivian Tran brought home a strong time cut, and JV's Cooper and Abdiel both earned medals to signify their strong, individual performances.
The Rough Riders are heading out of the district to take on Castleberry at the YMCA Camp Carter on Friday, September 18th.
