Traveling across the tracks on Friday, the Lady Rough Riders took on the Lady Rangers in their first friendly bout of the season. It was an extremely tight game throughout the course of the evening as the two teams ferociously battled for dominance. Unfortunately, despite a fierce display on the part of the girls in red, their host managed to keep ahead by the skin of their teeth and steal the win. Set two was the further point gap of the evening, with a 16-25 final score, but both the preceding and proceeding sets only hle a two point difference, 27-29 and 23-25 respectively.
Tuesday, September 15th, Saginaw is back on their home court, looking to implement a similar showcase of skill against the Lady Bears of Brewer.
