The boys in red traveled to Coppell on Friday for their biggest match of the season. Facing off against the Jaguars of Mansfield Summit, the Rough Riders had their work cut out for them as they took the court with the defending state champions. Saginaw played strong, managing to cut through their opponents defenses and put themselves up on the board with a slow but steady rise in points. Sadly, however, it was not meant to be, and the Jaguars managed to pull ahead 37-63 by the final buzzer. Though it was not the win for which the team was hoping, the Rough Riders playde undeniably well against a very skilled team, and ended off the season with an overall positive win record
Congratulations on making it to Area, gentlemen!
