An exciting four-game win streak came to an end last Friday as the Rough Riders took to the court against the Brewer Bears. However, it was no easy feat for the visiting team, as the boys in red fought with an intensity fierce enough to push the game into a competitive overtime duel. It was a game of high emotions that, sadly, simply did not fall in the favor of Saginaw that night, but there was no reason for them to be disappointed as they had created a solid defense and formidable offense against a notoriously strong opponent. Willie McCrary led the team with 20 points to his name, followed closely by Eugene Roseberry putting up a further 18 for the team.
Saginaw is away on Tuesday, February 3rd, taking on Aledo.
