Over the break, the Lady Rough Riders were away to lift heavy and take names. Two of the four participants brought home placements, Nghi Tran concluding her second consecutive trip to State in 9th and Bisola Olusomiro capping of her junior year with a spot on the podium at 4th! Both girls broke several records on the road to the THSWPA State meet and secured a number of gold medals as well. Jordan Johnson and Ashley Bailey were alongside them every step of the way, earning a 12tha dn 9th place finish respectively that only added to their shattering of school and weight class records, and their own 1st place finishes throughout the competitive season.
