The Saginaw Rough Riders defeated Rider on Tuesday, March 28. Saginaw scored in the first inning when Kasey Lowe grounded out, scoring one run. Donnie Edgar took the win for Saginaw. He went five and a third innings, allowing one run on six hits and striking out six. Grayson Chancellor and Frankie Harris pitched in relief. Harris, Gavin Leadbetter, Chancellor, Lowe, and Aiden Sanchez each had one hit.

The Rough Riders will travel to take on Rider again this Friday, March 31. Followed by a non-district away game against Lake Dallas on Saturday, April 1.
