In their district home opener on Friday, Sept. 15, the Rough Riders faced a tough challenge against the Denton Ryan Raiders. Despite the score, Saginaw demonstrated tenacity and resilience. Defensively, they put on a commendable performance, successfully slowing down the formidable Ryan offense. The Rough Riders are gearing up for their next district game on Friday, September 22, against Aledo at 7 p.m. at Bearcat Stadium.
