For the second time this season, the Rough Riders and the Rangers faced off on the court and finished off the evening with only single digits separating their final scores. Saginaw started off strong in the first quarter, leading the game with 14 points to their opponent's nine, but fell behind in the second 5-13. The game of back and forth continued all throughout the second half into the fourth quarter where the two teams found themselves tied. After a fierce fight, the Rangers managed to slip past the boys in red's defenses and steal the win, dashing the repeat victory the Rough Riders were hoping to achieve.
Tuesday, February 10th, the Saginaw boys are on the road to face the Fossil Ridge Panthers in the second to last district game of the season.
