Thursday was a tough Bi-District matchup for the Rough Riders. Throughout the evening, Saginaw played heavy defense against a very talented Aledo team. Hounded by a relentless tide of strong hits, the boys in red dug deep to stand their ground and displayed great integrity and sportsmanship as they constantly adapted to the pressure. Offensively, the Rough Riders gave as much as they got, aggressively pressing their opponent up and down the field. Sadly, Saginaw did not manage to find many gaps in the line and were unable to gain footing in the latter half of the game. Though they were defeated, the team not only ends this season with a positive overall win record, but they ended it giving their all to the sport they love.
