The Lady Rough Riders found themselves on the other side of the tracks Thursday, facing off against their sister schools in the annual Railroad Rumble. It was a narrow but decisive victory for the girls as they took home first place by the end of the meet with a total of 105 points. Among some of the most notable performances were Eva Goode, Chelsie Jefferson, and Cameron McDaniel, all of whom placed in the top five in Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and All-Around. Karen Kabuya, Meghan Wainright, and Jaida McGlothlin had several great performances as well that help push the team over the top.
They aren't done yet, however, taking a week of training and preparation for their eventual return on February 18th at Highland Park where they hope t replicate their performance.
