Colin Yocom

A former Regional Director of Texas Association of Soccer Coaches (TASCO), Colin Yocom has been the head soccer coach at Saginaw High School since 2010. He has 24 years of coaching experience at the club and high school levels.

Coach Yocom is the all-time leader in wins at Saginaw, and his accomplishments include: their first playoff win in school history in 2010, his 2018 team holds the record for most wins and district wins in school history, multiple playoff berths, including back-to-back appearances in the playoffs, district runner-ups in 2010 and 2018, and a bi-district championship in 2022.

Coach Yocom has produced several all-district, all-area, and all-region players.  He has guided over 40 players to play college soccer in DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA.  Coach Yocom also works for the soccer club Liverpool FC America as the Community Programs Director as well as Senior Staff Coach.  He is currently coaching two elite youth teams and one developmental youth team and also provides programs to school districts and recreational organizations through Liverpool FC America to improve and promote the game of soccer.  Coach Yocom played his college soccer for Texas State University Soccer Club and later Tarleton State University Soccer Club as a forward and outside midfielder.  Coach Yocom currently holds a USSF "C" and an NSCAA Advanced National license.
