Christopher Canada
Coach Cañada is an assistant Cross Country Coach at Saginaw. He previously coached wrestling at Keller Fossil Ridge during the program's most successful seasons. He helped produce 21 UIL State Qualifiers in seven years.
As a student-athlete at Fossil Ridge, Coach Cañada was a Regional finalist, UIL State qualifier, two-time USA Wrestling Freestyle State Champion, and a two-time USA Wrestling Greco-Roman State Champion. He also wrestled for the Texas National Wrestling Team and in the Marine Corps, he wrestled for the acclaimed, world-famous All-Marine Wrestling Team.
Coach loves spending time with his girls when not working with students. He and his wife Jennifer have two daughters.
