Mike Faulkner
Coach Mike Faulkner has close to 25 years in education and coaching. He is a football assistant coach in the fall and assists the Rough Rider baseball team in the spring.
Coach Faulkner graduated from Odessa Permian in Odessa Texas and was on the “Friday Night Lights” team in 1988. He graduated from Tarleton State University with several degrees in Exercise in Sports Studies and Business Management and a minor in Biology. Coach Faulkner has his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. He has coached all over the state from Marlin, Odessa, La Porte, Whitney, Midland, Alvin, and Clear Springs in a variety of roles.
He and his wife Rebecca have three sons Cody, Brady, and Cooper.
